I’m Gwendalyn Rose Díaz, and I am a Honduran American actor, singer, dancer, and artist originally from Houston, Texas currently based in both Houston and New York City. My native tongue is Spanish, thanks to my abuela, who read classic children's books in Spanish to me growing up!​

 

​My love for the arts came from watching telenovelas and Disney movies with my abuela and mama as a kid, but on the other end of my wacky spectrum of interests, I am OBSESSED with all things scary, spooky, and gory. Strange right? For that reason, I’m referred to by my friends as “a Disney movie character if they starred in a 90’s slasher horror film”.​

 

​I am currently finishing up my BFA in Musical Theatre within the College of Visual & Performing Arts and my minor in Nutrition within Falk College at Syracuse University and will be graduating this upcoming May.

Right now, in my free time, I love nutrition, pilates, thrifting, reading tarot cards, learning about the moon, reading Stephen King books, watching any horror movie, making a solid Pinterest board, snuggling up with my three kitties, and spending time with the people I love.
